Return and Refund Policy

Article 1 - Return of Unopened Items:

We only accept the return of items within 30 days of delivery, as indicated by the original tracking information.

Article 2 - Exchanges:

We only exchange defective or damaged goods. If you consider a product to be defective, please contact us within 20 days of your purchase at the phone number or email address provided below and provide details of the product and the defect. We will then inform you how to return the product.

Article 3 - Shipping:

If the customer wishes to return the product purchased on the site to the seller for any reason, the customer must inform the seller beforehand so that the seller can provide the product return instructions. If the customer returns the product to the seller on their own initiative, the seller may refuse the package and not proceed with the refund.

We are not responsible for loss or damage that occurs during shipping. If your return is eligible for a refund, the refund will not include shipping and handling fees that may appear on the packing slip or invoice.

Article 4 - Process:

When we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you by email within a reasonable time whether you are entitled to a refund or an exchange.

If you are entitled to a refund, we will refund the purchase price and a credit will be applied to the original method of payment. The shipping and handling fees you have already paid are non-refundable, and the refunded amounts do not include the cost of shipping. A maximum period of 14 business days after receiving our email may elapse before the refund is received.

If you are entitled to an exchange, we will send you a new item to the original shipping address.

Article 5 - Gifts:

If the returned item was identified as a gift at the time of purchase and it was sent directly to you, you will receive a gift credit equal to the value of your return. If the item was not identified as a gift at the time of purchase, or if the gift giver preferred to receive the item first to give it to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will be aware that you have returned the item.

Article 6 - Exceptions:

Small knot cushions are neither refundable nor exchangeable.
